Shipment, delivery and other agreements
Shipping is managed by DPD (or Danish Postal Service). Agreements are made in English.
A copy of the order confirmation is shown by completion of the transaction. The order confirmation is sent via e-mail to the address the customer has stated during the purchase. Another order confirmation can be requested at firstname.lastname@example.org
Delivery and service expenses
The shipping and packing expenditures are EUR 5. This is paid by the customer. See more information here: https://www.snowmindsstore.com/faq/delivery/
Delivery normally takes 3-5 working days after the order has been made. If an article is delayed the customer will be contacted by e-mail or telephone.
Payment by credit card
As soon as the order is received, we will send an order confirmation to the customer. This e-mail will contain the total payment sum and an order number.
By shipping of the order the customer will receive an e-mail containing a link to the invoice, which is accessible online.
Right of cancellation
The customer has 14 days of cancellation right from the day the customer receives the order. If the customer regrets the purchase, the customer must on their own account return the order to the following address:
This has to be done, no later than 14 days after receiving the order or by refusing to accept the order from the postal service. If the customer returns the order, it must be in the same condition as when it was received. Labels etc. are not to be removed from the order. In addition to the order itself, which has to be soundly packed, it is desired for the sake of service that a copy of the invoice is enclosed. Furthermore it is advised to send the order as a package, as it is the only way the postal service can provide a receipt for sending of the package. If the customer choose to return the products, the price for returning should be expected to be 15€ depending on items. Some large items can be expected to cost more due to the size of large packages.
If the customer uses his right of cancellation, the payment will be refunded as soon as we receive the order and have examined it. The amount will be transferred to the customer's bank account.
Registration of information
Aktivvinter registers in the customer records the customer's name and address as well as the invoice during the purchase. This is done to ensure that the order is shipped to the correct address. The information will not be passed on, but Aktivvinter keeps the registration for five years, as the law prescribes. The responsible for data is the management of the company. Treatment of complaints
A customer holds 2 years of complaint security as of the reception of the order, this means that the customer can get products repaired, replaced, money back or a discount, all dependent on the situation. This is of course determined by the entitlement of the complaint.
If the order is delayed or defect, the customer can use the address or telephone number below, for complaints. Complaints must be made in a fair amount of time after the defect has been noticed or should have been noticed by a normal evaluation of the product. The customer can complain in writing or verbally. Two years after the reception of the order the right of complaints expires according to the Danish Sale of Goods act § 83 subsection 1, unless otherwise agreed.
When Aktivvinter receives a complaint about an order, the complaint will be treated as fast as possible. If the order has to be returned to Aktivvinter, this will executed without expenses for the customer concerning entitled complaints.
