For most countries inside the EU delivery times vary from 2-6 working days.

If you should have received your package, but haven't yet, then please check if you have received a tracking email from us. If you have received an email, it means that we have sent the package from our warehouse. In your tracking email, you can find the tracking number on your package so you can follow it.

Get hold of your chosen shipment supplier if there are any irregularities in the delivery.

Also check if the item, you orderer is in stock or marked as "expected in stock (date)"

We strive to send your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we can not do anything to speed up the process, when the package has left our warehouse.

If you have placed an order that contains both items that we have in stock and items that are in pre-order, we will only send your order when all the items are in our warehouse. In other words, we send the entire order together.
